The front desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, giving advice and directions. Location is extremely good -- just minutes from the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. We were in this hotel in May 2010. Everything was great. If I were here in Istanbul next time I chose this clean and wonderfull hotel. . Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was very good and the times were very convenient. Location is perfect.
