The staff was very helpfull, helped us hire a private tour, recommended great restaurant, the location is incredible, has a great view, it's located at walking distance from the center of Gerome. It was snowing when we went and the rooms had good heating. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Tha wifi is not very strong in the rooms but that is because of the caves.
