New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. Amazing hotel. Great staff. Very clean and comfort. The best Hotel in Bursa. Spa/Swimming pool amazing Turkish Hamam is great too. Almost everything is Perfect I extended my stay for 10 days and they did n't ask me to pay until I checked out. Very kind and pro Team. Thanks a lot.

Nothing. food and drinks are not allowed from outside, so u can't benefit from the next door hyper market. Really nothing. Wireless internet signal sort of was weak at some times. they dont speak arabic. Need to improve the quality of food in room dining. A bit far from city center. The concierge gave us wrong information. There lounge is not comfortable. The pool is a bit cold for winter.. cleaning the rooms was not at the level of the hotel , very poor for 5 star hotel. breakfast price is very expensive. breakfast not included and expensive the groundfloor restaurant was not open. i did not like the non friendly facec of the front desk staff. View wasn't that attractive. location was far from city, aircondation was on winter system they couldn't change it and the room was kinda hot. Cannot bring food from outside. food not allowed in hotel. The toilet room door cannot be locked. Nothing. Bed is not comfortable. Nothing. It's far away from down town. They gave us smoking room although I mentioned that I want non-smoking room upon reservation at letsbookhotel.com. Nothing.
