we stayed at hampton by hilton bursa for 2 nights on 12 feb 2013 . we had a connecting room for my lovely daughters . the hotel is adjacent to hilton hotel .. the rooms were clean,and the room design was perfect. from windows you can see uludag mountain with white top that was the snow. the hotel staff were very helpful with a big smile and a warm welcome. breakfast buffet was more than enough and excellent . in fact it's a hilton hotel but with no concierge and no room service(in room dinning).
all reviews » The location is quite and not far from the city center , everything is around the hotel , supermarket, cafes barbershop , laundry and even a department story within 2 minutes walking distance . staff are very helpful and the hotel is really very nice موقع الفندق في مكان هادئ وكل شئ حواليه , مقاهي ومحل حلاقة وسوبر ماركت ومغسلة ملابس على بعد خطوات من الفندق. I loved this hotel during my stay with my family, its nice view to the mountain and 10 Min to the city center by taxi or bus and the bus station in front to the hotel and taxi available all the time and the important thing its quit no noise around you as the city center hotels, special to me, there is a lot of restaurants and shops around hotel. Very clean, qualitative furniture, extremely comfortable bed (best sleep in months!), very price competitive, and very helpful staff. I am not a fan of big words but it was the most comfortable hotel experiences i ever had. The hotel deserves at least a 4-star rating. All the staff are very helpful, especially Zainab and Ali. I have written before about this hotel and you can read my comments. In this kinda budjet its great value for money, the kabeb shops are very near along wit cafes, park and shoping centre. One of the best hotels in turky, definitely recommended for ever one. Connecting to wireless internet should be made more easy for hotel guests rather than trying to test how clever we are. What a complicated system it is... No porter to take the bags. nothing. They had no record of any room reservation made through bookings.com. No room service :s And you cant bring food from outside! :(. Bread was stale at the breakfast Internet seems connected but didn't work at the room. لا يوحد خدمات للغرف. Far from city centre , in the lobby smells like sewer all the time. Breakfast was poor. poor service. Bed is too soft to sleep, it is like sleeping on a big & soft balloon. When we have shower, the water leaked out of the washbasin because of the wrong slope of the washbasin and we informed the reception regarding the stiuation. The cleaning staff cleaned the ground with the towels that were used by us. As far as ı know, the cleaning linen should be seperate and the towels we used should not be used for other purposes. I took the photo while the cleaning staff was cleaning the ground with hotel's towel. Breakfast 3 days I stay . The same menu every day.
