Ramada Plaza Antalya is conveniently located on a cliff with access to a private sea bay. Sightseeing is breathtaking, service and facilities are terrific. Very modern Spa and fitness centre with the most updates equipment. Breakfast, served in the patio has the widest variety of proposals, both local and international: eggs, fish, cheese, meat cereals, salads fruits cooked and presented at their best. I would strongly reccommend Ramada Plaza to those people in search of a pampering break in th.

Staff: impossible to find our reservation. Had to go print it. We called before going out to have the suite made, not done. Laundry is suppose to arrive next morning, arrived in the evening, after calling. Ordered twice a bottle the champagne, we received cider. No luggage service were available during the checkout???. annoying long waiting time at elevators. Bad staff! Noisy lobby so noisy rooms. Difficults ceheck-in and out!. Prijs naar verhouding iets aan de hoog kan. The food was of lowest quality. We did not book a room "all inclusive" but tried to eat something a la carte by the pool in the afternoon. Nothing they served was edible. Very poor staff. You are made to feel as if you are living there for free. The staff at the restaurant don't respond properly to your requests and are always in a hurry to get done with you. The reception staff take ages to complete the process of checking-in and checking-out. Not at all worthy of a five-star hotel rating.
