Unbelievable value for money. I booked a one bedroom suite for 1,300 thb per night. The room included a flat screen tv in the bedroom, a lounge area with another flat screen tv and a kitchenette and dining area. There is a pool or you can walk for ten minutes to get the the beach. Room and facilities in the room (505). This is why I would recommend it. If the attitude and demeanour of your principal staff changed, it would be really excellent.

Staff very helpfull and hassel free nice size rooms, rooms are safe and in a quite location. Thank you Nova Park for helping me have an excellent time in Pattaya. I have been mesmerized by staff's service and kind attention to my person the room was great and the pool and area were much relaxing. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable and close to the shops and night life the staff are very helpful and friendly. It has every thing you need, you can even prepare your own food.. I liked the central location. Convenient location/price. all is the best. Nice hottel. everything. Good. I am a previous resident of this serviced apartment. It is well run, has competent staff and has very good facilities. It is located close to shopping and transportation. There is a massage and beauty shop on site as well as a fitness center. The bar and hotel are operated by one of the best publicans in the business, Mr. Kim Fletcher. My grades di not go above good as I feel there is always room to improve. Very relaxed with the freedom of what you want to do. great place without the usual pattaya noise. recommended even for family with kids. i always stays at Nova Park when i am in Pattaya. May be this is my 10th visit to this hotel. Room sizes - large, spacious Room were clean and neat The apartment were well furnished The facilities, bar, restaurant, massage, gym, pool, etc, all well done and on site. Good sized rooms, pool was nice. Availability of the shuttle to take you up to second road. good size room clean quiet nice pool. The swimming pool was good. And close to city center. The price was good. Evrything near. Only there was kitchem facilities in the room. nothing. Not much when you're paying such a low price you will probably be smiling at how well you've done for the money!. The staff at reception and the manageress. Uniformly unfriendly, unhelpful and uncaring. The cleaning staff and the maintenance man were fine. Irish Pub next door is quite over priced so needed to look for breakfast and dinner options in the town. Unfortunately, there is Thai cafe near the location with loud rock music all over night. Nothing. Just got bit confused about Nova Park service apartment and Nova park hotel. It was actually hard for me to find anything I did not like about this hotel, I have stayed in a few hotels in Pattaya and for a good price, location and budget this will be the hotel of my choice from now on. If there was a bad thing it would have to be the broken beading on the bathroom door which would catch when ever I was opening/closing the door but I am being really picky here.... nothing. wifi doesn't work at all. When this facility was first built it was in a very good and quiet area. Since then things have grown up around it and it is not quite the quiet locale it once was. No extra sheets - We traveled with a 15 month old and wanted another set of sheets to make his bed more secure and was told we needed to book a new room as they do not give extra sheets. For an apartment hotel this was very poor. bathrooms not particularly clean. Cleaning was really poor. Aircondition noisy and very dirty. and staff was not service minded. With a angry attitude and no smile. Ask them for fix noisy aircondition 2 times. Nothing happent. No pressure on the shower water. The rooms were dirty and had bug cocoons on the ceiling and mold all around the tubs. Old .. Need some fix. The stuff was unfriendly. Arrogant staff only thinks about time and money , non coperative, less staff in the hotel, funniest thing they dont have a garment iron in the hotel. Remove this kind of hotel from ur website brings bad name to ur website. Staff behaved very very bad way totally unfriendly , they even dont allow to make a call local to some ones mobile I HATE and suggest no one to stay at this place boring location worse staff.
