Very nice and quiet hotel with a very good localisation. 5 minutes walk to the beach. All the staff is very very helpful, the hotel is very clean. there are a shop, an hair cut and massage inside the hotel : very useful. the thai restaurant in the hotel is great. we spent relax time near the swimming pool very clean. i would come back definitly @Mind. i want to thank again the staff. I have stayed here before, so I thought I would do it again. The location and the price is good. Far enough away so you get some peace and quiet, but only 5 mins walk to the beach through "ladyboy street". This place is in good condition and offers great value for money.
all reviews » The staff would do anything for you to make your stay exceptional, moreover, the noise in the room has no place to exist !!, excellent noise proof. A little store within the Hotel can provide you with necessary groceries. I reaaaaaaaaaaaally enjoyed it. I stayed one bed room suites, a room is good. and house keeping serviece is good also. everything was great and we had a great view of firework festivities weekend i stayed. The location of the hotel is good. Everything just great very friendly staff . The kitchen people start to wash the dishes at 5am in the morning!!! Very annoying because they do it outside and make a lot of noise!!! The airconditioner is very noisy and drive me nuts too.... The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs, sausages every day. Maybe try lighting the candle under the heating tray?. More International channels are needed on the tv - too many Thai Channels - only and that's all. Thank you. All the works going on around the hotel which interrupted my sleep in the mornings and afternoon naps. some staffs are not kind but the night staffs are kind. price is inexpensive but I experienced good time in there. nothing Internet can be a little unreliable, but this is the same everywhere. Nothing 2 say. front desk personnel need to be kind to guest. It was a bit far from walking street for me. So I had to take a taxi backwards and forwards, but otherwise an excellent hotel. Nothing 2 say. Foods not so tasty. Internet service was not upto the mark. staff helplessness for small requests, charging for shuttle. Shuttle service frequency. Timing for breakfast suggest till 11am appreciated. nothing nagative. Staff are not very friendly, we ask them question and they are not very happy to help us. Housekeeping is very bad, we had a trash bag full of food from the day before and they cleaned the room and they left it as it is. No hot shower.
