Very very friendly and kind management and staff He helped us alot with maps , transportaiton with his car , trips reservations and discounts He became a friend not just hotel staff The hotel doesnt have a pool but u can go to public pool close enough The location is near the patong busy night life like 10 mins walking but far enough to be quit Its like 15 mis walking to patong beach You can rent a bike from the hotel for the same price or maybe cheaper than outside rental - great and advanetr.

All staff but especially Mr.Chandandeep was an exceptional host which I will remember for many years to come with whom I managed to created an exceptional personal relationship within a matter of days as he truly treated me as his guest within his establishment! I highly recommend it for as far as value for money goes and for the services . The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have been more helpful. The Room was immaculate, really comfortable bed and one of the best sleeps I had in Phuket! We stayed for two nights at the start of our trip and decided to stay here again when we returned a week later. Highly recommend this hotel. The Hotel is located to city center, and they help to transportation with motobike. The staffs are very helpfull, and has otantiq foods. Restaurant and hotel are very clean, and price is acceptable. İf i go to Phuket again,i will stay Cocoon Phatong hotel. everything was perfect.. the Indian representative of the owner took care of everything. we also got beachtowels every day. taking a scooter it´s just about a 5 minutes drive to the beach and crowded places of patong. It was a very comfortable stay. The manager is gracious and accommodating. Very nice staff! Restaurant very basic (Breakfast/Snacks), but many venues nearby. deluxe rooms have no windows and the bathroom got wet overall when you take a shower. difficult to find and yet not known from the taxi-drivers. so you shoud always take the adress and phone number with you. construction going around the hotel. roads were not yet constructed. Location-placed wrong on map. Little bit dusty surroundings. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the center, but not that bad. Personally, I prefer to be away from the noise and insanity in the center of town. The hotel is actually very close to the back entrance of the big mall, but currently (December 2013) construction has made the connecting street a big muddy mess. Eventually, when the construction is finished, the location will seem much less of an issue. No daily maid service. The room had no windows. Nothing. Breakfast was bad, really boring. And the location was so bad, had to walk for almost 30 min to get to city centre or the beach. a littel far from the centeral beach patong. not where letsbookhotel.com says it is - it's about 500m away down a dirt road the that is mud most of the time. overfriendly staff - i don't feel like having a conversation every time i walk through the lobby.
