The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was okay but the ommelette was delicious. Nice rooftop pool with cozy lounge chair, fast check in and check out. The shuttle service was a bonus. Bathroom was big and nice with clean bathtub. Near to Jungceylon and nightlife, 1km away from the famous Patong beach. Maintenance was good as our bathtub got some.
all reviews » The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend it to anyone which prefer a quite and comfortable staying envir. we stay there during the last 2 days of our trip in phuket. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room is new, clean,air-conditioner and hot water are all in good condition. we have enjoy for staying there. the juncylon was just about 5-10 minutes walking distance and also near to bangla street. we definitely would go back for the staying if we back to phuket next time. Many positives about this place. The rooms are clean and well designed with a huge bathroom, shower/tub. The pool while small is bigger than others I have seen in Phuket on the roof and it has great chairs. The mini-bar has a great selection and prices that same as 7-11 basically. Great breakfast as well!. Cons - Wi-fi signal was good. The fact that the staff make you feel at home and are always Staff happy to have a chat. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Rooms are great and very spacious. Everything at your doorstep, mini mart, taxi, restaurants, hawker stands etc. Most importantly they value your opinion. I love everything about al fres co. Awesome staff very helpful. Breakfast has alot of choice. Love the bed there. The toliet is big for us. But overall i love it. Had a very plesant stay there just 15min walk to the beach and patong night market. I will stay there again for sure. the staff are amazing always happy to help you the roof top pool is the best i have ever seen the shuttle bus is great they will take any time of day a big thanks for a great time. the room is big enough and clean. Only 5 mins walk to jungceylon/ the bed is very big/nice pool on rooftop /family mart & 7-11 are nearby /helpful staff , I need to go to airport at midnight , they help me find a taxi with 850b ,which is cheaper than the travel agent's offer. Hotel located next to a family mart and within walking distance to Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Swimming pool (though at times the water spray is not working). Nice modern dessign, nice sheets. Everything else was fine, the only thing is that now they are construction next to the building and it kinda uncomfortable when we partied the night away n need a good sleep and the noise was a bit irritating. It will be great if there are carpets flooring in the room instead of tiles.nothing. That my holiday was to short. Too dusty as there were new hotel in front building up. The roadside was bad too muddy for us to walk or ride a bike. Hope they hurry up settle the roadside and finish the construction. nothing i loved every thing. The pool side has loose parts and no towel area eventhough they claim it has. The area is all building new plcs so its all muddy. But i didnt mind. The location. A bit of a distance from the main action. Making matters worse is the road construction. Not pleasant to walk back. Very dusty and dangerous. Couple of times foul smell coming from bathroom was horrible. road construction in front side of hotel makes walking around worse. Rooms could be cleaner, but for the value of money its fair enough. Some of the furniture was beat up and run down, 5th floor don't stay under the pool its noisy!! Breakfast could be a bit better. the lobby is a bit warm,though there were fans,but only with one blade for each fan,aircon there seem not working. Down grade our room without informing us earlier. Only told us when we reached the hotel. road was dug up no access unless u walk taxi dropped me at top of the rd with my casses and pointed same comming back to hotel after night out if u walk your shoes are covered in muck. the whole area surround jungceylon to the hotel are under repair,it feel really bad when raining. Quite a distant from Patong Beach (the hotel provide one way tuk tuk service though). The air-con unit in the room are facing the bed, causing us to catch a cold easily, the water pressure sometimes can be too slow. Location quite bad, construction everywhere, unsafe to walk. Difficult to get transport in and out of hotel, Hotel breakfast is so limited and always the same type, Not many restaurants neither many choices for nearby leisures such as massage, games etc. Bad location far from beach. Girl in reception not nice. Very noisy rooms, no isolation in windows, noisy road during the day. Smell of drainage in bathroom. almost everything. The staff name Tiwa, show us bad temper and didn't answer our question, not helpful. They upgrade us to 2 bedroom apartment at 'the art patong' is mean behind of Alfresco, take 5minutes by walking. Provide shuttle tuk tuk but when we need it is not avaible. Bathroom is smiling.
