We loved it.The place was wonderful,right in the middle of the city,near tha pae gate,awesome spot,very convenient. The landlady Ms.oak was really nice and helpful, she makes the best ice tea in Chiang Mai, and lucky for us, since we stayed at her guesthouse, we got Ice tea and coffee for free(two cups per day per room). For a solo traveler and at the price, the room was HUGE!! The room had a beautiful decor, and the bathroom was lovely. Can't argue with the location, right off the main road surrounding Chiang Mai's city center, and very near to great restaurants and shops. Staff was very nice.

The ownwers were extremely helpfull, we had some troublers with our taxi driver and they helped us with everything we needed!. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The large room was comfortable and clean. The location in the old city was great - walking distance to many restaurants, temples and the night market. I would most certainly stay here again :). This guest house is along the street, so that it's convienent to reach. The room is clean and toliet requisites is provided. What they support is deserved the price that they charge. The owner was friendly. The rooms were clean. Location is good, not too much noisy at night. Price was fair. All in all really a good choice to stay in Chiang Mai. Location. there was no soap in the room,we had to buy one by ourselves. And the superior double room has 3 windows facing the street so it was not as quiet as we wish it to be. Room was almost too big, if that can be considered a negative. So many closets and drawers, and an extra bed; it just wasn't all necessary for me. Rain shower also had no temperature control; only the normal shower did. Otherwise, nothing bad to say!. The noise at night... the only thing that ruined our stay here. I had to use ear plugs!. There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but not so much to keep me awake. A few minor improvements to the room would make this place perfect - a hair dryer and a kettle would be fantastic additions. Nearby bars, it's noisy even in the midnight. The safety box in the room was small and moveable. So i decided not to put anything in it. It's on the side of main road so the traffic noises are very loud. But we had incredible good sleeps during our 3 nights there. Maybe it's because the room is just great and we are truely enjoying the trip. Nothing. next time we will bring our own soap. Street facing rooms are a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars and traffic. Hotel doesn't offer laundry service and nearby services not trustworthy (items were missing when we received our laundry back). None. a little bit noisy, but it's OK. water is not so hot for shower. nothing. one room is quiet,but the other room facing the road is quite noisy. Noisy beceause rooms are next to a road with bars. Clean but not cosy.
