  Excellent location next to beach area, superb swimming pool under the coconut trees. A great breakfast selection. Room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant has a very good menu, although cheaper options can be found in the local area. Only a few minutes from airport. We were only staying one night, so if you are looking for a place to escap... what people say » e the crowds, chaweng beach may not suit everyones tastes (very touristy - think macdonalds and irish bars). - This hotel is amazing. It is right on Chaweng beach. It is about 10 minutes to the airport. It is close to the shops as well. The rooms are clean and in a very nice condition. The restaurant is affordable and it is right on the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. We would like to go back. We would recommend this hotel!!

  It's our 10th anniversary honeymoon and we booked garden room with dip pool. We arrived with full of surprises. The smiley faces with warm hospitality, bed decoration, celebration cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Our room was flooded on the first night due to rain storm. Without hesitation, hotel staff Aor and Ice put us at another hotel (due ... what people say » to full house at Buri Rasa) that night then upgraded us to their best suite for the following nights. To apologize for the disaster, we were compensat - Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day. The breakfast and location were amazing. I would like to extend our greatest thanks to the staff for making it such a wonderful experience, they really did bend over backwards for us, even holding our bags for us a few days after we had checked out while waiting for a late flight.   I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Always smiling and serviceminded. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms).   We liked the breakfast and the garden. In combination with a scooter, the location is quite good to explore Koh Samui. We rented a scooter and were flexible in going to different beaches, though Choeng Mon is the nicest one and only 5min driving away. For the rooms, they are very big and comfortable. But for sea view, you have to stay on 3rd floor. For quite and comfortable vacation, Sareeraya is the best option.

  Everything was just perfect at this hotel. Such a shame that a just got to stay there one night! The service was very good (the best I have had during three weeks and many hotels) and there was no problem to cancel one night when I had to go earlier with my flight to Bangkok. The thing that struck me the most was the kindness and happy faces on all of the staff. The hotel is very - Have stayed all over the world in high end hotels and I've never had such a friendly staff. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (in particular, Theresa at reception and the young lady who greeted us at breakfast each morning). They made the stay at Nora Beach extremely welcoming and friendly and when they spoke between colleagues they spoke in English so no to sound rude to their foreign visitors.
