Second time in this hotel and everything was amazing - pool, rooftop garden (nice windy place for reading, relaxing, working, yoga practising, drinking beer - or whisky in Thailand :-) etc.), small fitness (I was alone here - same like in pool) and spacious elegant luxury rooms. You can use washing machine and dryer in 4th floor for your laundry, which is really helpful. Feel like at home. Kind staff.

Reliable services without problems and allowed early check-in Had the small pool all to ourselves and breakfast was reliable and on time and room service was good for a 4-star ... Interior decor was very attractive ... Especially the 2 bedroom (302) with Dining table and kitchen. Spacious very upmarket two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, full kitchen facilities including cutlery, plates, saucepans, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, stove, three LCD/Plasma TVs and three dvd players, quiet atmosphere (no street noise), supermarket about 80m behind Rongratana for everything foodwise. I liked so much this hotel - especially the apartment, which is so spacious. Modern, luxury and cosily equipment. You feel like at home, what we really enjoyed after 3 months travelling... We´ll come back again in case stay in Bangkok. The accommodation was to a very high standard, and the facilities where very clean and modern. Bangkok was easily accessed from here. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future without a doubt. Very close to business centers and shopping malls. Safe streets and easily accessible through taxis and train. Staff were friendly and responsive. Laundry machines were free for washing and drying clothes. I love the decorations of the room, elegant and cozy. The location is great, 3 mins walk to BTS, 1 stop to Siam center. you can get a good deal if you book in advance, value for money. Location-it was close to 2 bts skytrain stations and major shopping centers, tiled floor rather than carpet, comfortable size room even though not as big as advertised in your website. the room Design is nice and spacious. The room breakfast is also a good idea. I will recommand your hotel to my friends and surely come again myself. It is located right on the road. Facilities are good. Nice Kitchen. Had to ask where the pool was (no signs or written directions), had to ask about breakfast (no dining room - breakfast served in rooms only which is Ok but we weren't told and missed breakfast the first day). We discovered the supermarket by accident the third day (we could have been told). Leaving... :) Breakfast - served in your room only, we did not get exactly what we ordered. Nice pool but bit smaller. Non smoking rooms were having smoke smell. Poor housekeeping- items not being replenished ( toiletries,sugar,complimentary water etc).We stayed 4 nights & items were only replenished on our last night. I would like to have access to a bathtube and a cd player. It is located on one-way road which might make it difficult to access. Swimming pool was small Adjoining rooms occupied by other clients were noisy Early breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for early risers who were sightseeing Breakfast served in room as restaurant was being refurbished. Took a while to connect my iOS devices to the wifi but it eventually worked, MacBooks connected straight away though and wifi is free so it's not really a complaint. Terrible service!. Nothing Bad about this hotel. staffs need upgrade. breakfast was not good , not much choice and no taste at all. Bad service, untrain staff, will never return! I"ve made reservation for one room suite, they upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite when we arrived, but, they want to charge us the difference when we check out. The reason: we only suppose to use one room. Ridiculous! 0. Staff in reception. They are unsupportive plus 4 times I asked for adopter in our to use my charger but the receptionist tells me she will send it but lied. Also they don't have extra blanket. Finally no boycot was provided for my 6 months old boy. They did not give early check on at 10 am as requested. Very small lobby. Breakfast Was served in the room only. Bad smell in the room during the day. No much of selections for breakfast. Breakfast Always served cold. You have to use key card for elevators when going down. I believe it's not a true 5 Star. It took the receptionest lady forever to check me in, more than 50m, though there was no body else there to check in. Very poor customer service and poor english at the reception. No breckfast place to eat, so you have to fill a request form for you breackfast the night before and they will bring it to you the next morning in your room, it never came as per my request, tea and coffee will be always cold already. The hotel isn't close to the BTS. It takes around 10 mins walk from the nearest BTS station. The front desk staff isn't friendly. I asked several questions about the place we are going to visit and how to get there. He was impatient which made me feel that I was asking some stupid questions. Considering this is a 5-stars hotel, the breakfast was quite disappointing. They served the breakfast in our room. However, the breakfast wasn't hot. They were not fresh and tasty neither. Site photographs are misleading. The couches, chairs upholstery is filthy, bathrooms smell of sewer all the time, shampoo and soap are not added daily, breakfast, even though, served on time in the room, was served cold with no condiments. There is no spa facilities or any other amenities except for the pool, which, together with pathetic service and poor hygene makes it a prime 3-star!.
