Good location, friendly and ready to assist staff, neat and cleaned room, bath-room aminities, resturant staff and world-standard breakfast. everything, superb hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the MRT and Skytrain. The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms against a very competitive price. I would surely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok.
all reviews » service was excellent, the room was very clean, location was very good, definitely value for money. The room was very spacious, clean, and the extras were appropriate. There was both wired and wireless internet (cable available in a drawer), big TV, amplifier and a cable so you can listen to music on your portable player or PC. There was also a pool/jacuzzi, small gym, sauna that we never had the time to visit -- we just took a look at the roof facilities on our last morning and seemed alright. Refrigerator didn't work well.(Not so cold). High servicelevel, serviceminded stuff,. Very new. Had all facilities for an inependent traveller.cleanliness of the room , the swimming pool on the roof. The comfort and location!!!. Close to train station. nice whirlpools at 12th floor, staff very friendly, good breakfast though not a huge variety to choose but delicious, the location is quite handy, about 300 meters to the crossing Sukhumvit/Asok where you can find the Skytrain station Asok, resp. the MRT Station Sukhumvit. The hotel is very new, so the room are cosy and big. Excellent location, free and good internet, friendly staff. Room is clean. small sized swimming pool. no business center when the hotel was advertised for business guests. The only internet access was 15 minutes by MRT. The breakfast was the regular buffet breakfast you get everywhere but it left me very unsatisfied because the vegetables did not have much taste.The coffee was also nothing to talk about. Having said that, the warm food was delicious (amazing sautéed mushroom, spinach, your choice; poached eggs). And if you order coffee from the menu (for extra charge) you get something that really makes your day.Ditto. Hard matresses.The dinning at the hotel Restuarant. The food is not up to hotelstandard and We had good breakfast but very disappointed with thedinner. Dinner not recomanded!!!. The swimming pool is just 2 big jucuzzi.it's quite noisy due to the location (Asok), noise protection of the windows could be better, some floors are not finished yet which is not a problem when you stay at the 3rd floor, but you will recognise if you take the steps to the pools. But the rooms havethinner walls, so you eard quite all in the other room. No shower, only bathtub, quality of breakfast was OK, but could have been better. Overall, this is a nice hotel but too bad was that the pillow is too hard. I have neck pain after the stay! :( Unless they change the pillow to a softer one, if not, I will not recommend to go back.
