  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.   I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. The free bicycles are great, I used one every day to go to wandering around Chiang Mai and to the Night Bazaar. Breakfast was great. The room was really comfortable.   The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!). If I ever go back to Chiang Mai, I will be staying at Chiang M - We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!
