We were surprised because we did not expect a hotel of such quality for the money. It looks beautiful and a lot of attention is given to details. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is almost perfect - it's in Ao Nang but very close to Nopparat Thara beach which is more serene and beautiful. No noisy places nearby. Good wifi signal. The hotel is situated quite close to ao nang center and the beach, however 100 m from the main road. Very comfortable and quite silent. Very good for families. Nice rooms. Good offers for adventure programm and possibility of price negotiation.

I like the fact that I got a free upgrade to a family room as there's no double room available. Comfortable beds and pillows plus nice swimming pool. Free WiFi in the room is great, plus its a spacious room. Staff very helpful & friendly esp at restuarant/breakfast & reception. Location very good...short walk to eating/drinking places, beach and massage. Not overly fancy, good value for money. Very near to beach and eating place. It's about 50 meter walk to beach. Location. The worst thing are the walls. They are pretty thin and there are for some reason permanently closed doors between the rooms, and that doesn't give any noise protection from neighbours. The restaurant is not perfect and the waiting time is very long - we've waited for 40 minutes even though there were almost no other clients. Most of the personel have big problems with understanding english!. Spa pool and sauna not functioning. Bed has creaky sound. The bathroom and bathtub design is not to my liking. Water flows out of the bathtub when you use the shower causing the bathroom to be flooded with water, a very wet place indeed. Cold breakfast wasn't to my liking with limited choices of food and "dry" fried eggs and omelette. None. The view of my bedroom with e wall in front of the balcony. It would deserve some arrangement with more trees, flowers and nature. Pool bar and pool closed to early. Breakfast (and also price of), fridge broke and didn't get fixed. They dont understand english at all!. the resort advertised a jacuzzi and thats the reason why i booked that resort and when we got there it wasnt operating and we werent offered any compensation for the jacuzzi not working even though i explained why i booked that specific resort. Old,grey towels. old and used furnishings, a/c directly over bed, every shower caused flooding in the bathroom. Staff is not very friendly. Some don't speak proper english. no continual air con when leaving room far too hot on return no electric point in bathroom towels were threadbare and very old breakfast was unedible with very poor choice would never stay there again being run on a shoestring, staff deserve better. small swimming pool, poor breakfast, noisy room location near street. damp and dark room nr 212. there was no staff to pick up my luggage .. so bad services. -Poor and unreasonable breakfast -Wi-fi is free only lobby area -Poor and unclean fitness -Have small spider in my room -Noisy from motorbike gang around 1-3 a.m. in some night -unfriendly staff -only few for car parking.
