No personnel at all !!!
Once you have understood the automatic check in all problems are solved.
You will meet modern and comfortable rooms with espresso machine but without telefone.
Center of Zurich-Oerlikon, only 500 steps from the railway station to the Airport or to the City.
Shower temp and strength was awesome. Location very good. Price was very
good. Bed was generally comfortable. Staff was responsive and helpful
when asked. Business card of the hotel a good idea. Can be used to ask
questions and show to drivers to get home. Wifi worked perfectly.all reviews »
Brandnew Hotel .... First one to sleep in the room ...it doesn't get any better ! Strongest shower Stream in Zürich ... guaranteed !.

For no personal service at all, the price is at a rather high level. Or: Do engage almost no personnel, but keep the price up anyway - you'll make nice earnings :-).
No North American outlet for my phone/laptop. Did not know I had to
put my card in the slot to get power. Could use a sign to let people
know. Could use a little guide for travelers looking for things in the
area. Could use pen and paper for use by guests and promotion. Why the
split bed?.
