Staff extremely accommodating, efficient and friendly. Even though we expected basement hotel rooms, they turned out to be at ground level with a patio door giving onto an outdoor terrasse with grass for the kids to run around in the morning and we could even catch a glimpse of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast to start the day. This place is fantastic! We had a fabulous time in an enormous room with a huge bathroom, two dining tables, 6 beds, eider down quilts, a flat- screen tv and access to pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Pool alone was incredible. This is a great place to stay!.
