Everything. The staff was extremely polite even when seeing them out in Zermatt. The facilities are clean. The room had an outstanding view of the Matterhorn. Great value. Kitchen was definitely a plus in order to save money. Absolutely fantastic! I stayed in the room which has amazing view of mattehorn. Kitchen facility was really good. Since the overall restauranr price is high in zermatt, this apartment was really good choice.
