Situated in the car-free Wengen in the Jungfrau Region, Hotel Berghaus enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Bernese Alps. The Männlichen Cable Car and the village centre are only a short walk away. All rooms at the Berghaus are equipped with cable TV. Some rooms also have a minibar and a balcony. The restaurant serves a variety of local fish specialties from the surrounding lakes. Local meat specialties and vegetarian dishes are also served. Packed lunches are available on request. During fair weather, guests can relax on the sunny terrace. A lounge with an open fireplace and a library invite to relax after a day on the slopes.

Everything, location, hotel staff, nature, rest, relaxation. Owner of the hotel is very nice, and has a wonderful girl named Maria and friendly, beautiful and offer a very wonderful service and a joke, the most beautiful days of my life were in the hotel, and I will come back to visit the village and I will dwell in the hotel. I have visited them all and stayed in most. Very friendly staff, with a very welcoming attitude. They couldn't not have been more helpful. Make you feel at home. Please note that Wengen is a car-free village. You can reach Wengen only by train. Park your car at Lauterbrunnen Station and take the train to Wengen. The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the guest house offers transfer from Wengen train station at a surcharge. Guests are kindly requested to inform the guest house in advance if they wish to be picked up. A pick up after 19:00 is not possible. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive after 21:00, please contact the property in advance. Check-in after 22:45 is not possible (latest train at 22:30). Please inform the property about the exact number of guests in advance. If you arrive with more guests than stated in your booking confirmation, there will be a surcharge.
