  This is a modern hotel that has all the features of a four star hotel. The room, though small, was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with tub and roll-in shower. It has an electric heated towel rack, and a clever night light. Rooms have a small deck with a table and two chairs.   Hotel with lots of character. Super clean rooms, spotless in fact! Large spacious rooms with sitting area, small bathroom but ok for our needs. Fab view of the fairytale castle.   Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake. The continuous river noise, complained about by some other reviewers, was definitely noticeable in my room, but to me it was "white noise" very similar to an air conditioner, and I didn't mind it.   Beautiful location overlooking the lake and mountains , my room had a nice balcony . service was friendly and the restaurant served a great dinner . Unfortunately the hotel was not at all full so this led to a lack of atmosphere in the restaurant etc . Nevertheless it comes highly recommended . This B&B is better than more of 3 stars hotels in Switzerland with small cages/rooms and it is very close to bars, shops, banks and supermarkets. Easy to reach from the SBB Station, just 3 minutes walking from there.
