  I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her...   Lovely hotel a short walk from the station. Situated on the corner of a big park. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and tidy with beds made every day. They don't have double beds as its two singles pushed together. Room has NO air con but a fan is provided. Room also has a small mini bar/fridge for all your drinks, water, milk, ... what people say » bier etc, it also has tea making facilities (topped up everyday). Only one English channel on TV (but who goes on holiday to watch TV!) lovely bathroo - This was our first trip to Switzerland and the first place we arrived. Although it was before midday, our room was ready. We had a beautiful view of the park and the mountains and the room itself was spacious, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel's bar a great way to finish the day.   My husband & I stayed with Fritz & Gabi in June for a week. The chalets are beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is just on the edge of Wilderswil away from the main road but within easy walking distance of the centre and train station, it's a perfect base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Gabi is a great cook and breakfast was - Gabi and Fritz are very nice people, very friendly and helpful.   Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers.
