We had a wonderful stay at this superb hotel. Elisabeth and Kurt are exceptional hosts - friendly, attentive, informative and helpful. Indeed, all of the staff could not have been more pleasant. We had a beautiful stay at Berghaus Bort. The alpine views from the room was just amazing. This hotel is off the beaten track so dining options are limited to hotel restaurant which serves really good food. It is an ideal location if you are looking to just embrace the nature and hike in the mountains. Hotel wad renovated recently so Rooms are great and clean.

Fantastic atmosphere and great staff. I felt I've got really personal service. I had domitory room for single use. Location is obviously one of the best assets of hostel. Bachlapsee is almost around the corner.

Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids. My husband had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Family suite was dated in style but enormous with amazing views, and was ideal for our purpose

I stayed in the dormitory. Very clean, with real duvets and towels supplied. They also have other rooms. Breakfast was included which is a Buffett conintental style and great choice of meat and cheese. There is a restaurant on site with great food. Wifi was include which is a bonus. -

Friendly staff who loaned my wife a pair of gloves when we went up the Jungfrau railway and who made us feel really welcome.
Free parking round the back of the hotel. Don't park in the spaces with meters at the bottom of the sloped drive but go up the slope, drop off baggage at the front door and then continue round to the parking spaces at the back.
