Free mobility ticket, trams + buses at doorstep. Friendly staff, very nice, homely IItalian restaurant attached. My room was spotlessly clean and the double glazing completely eliminated any traffic noise. Nice room quiet location facing the Garden. The friendliness of the staff. Location. Very helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, very relaxing stay - would definitely recommend this to my friends. The room was very large and spacious. Rooms are barely there in terms of comfort. No internet. I wouldn't book again at the same hotel.the receptionist smoked in the dining room during breakfast, old and used furniture and facilities in the room.
