The rooms are beautiful and very practical. The beds have two small single bed duvets but i was alone and was not an issue. Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. Breakfast was decent although im from france and cold meats and hard boiled eggs with toast is about what you get, someone from america or england might feel the lack of bacon and eggs are a problem. The wifi was nice and strong and i was able to skype my husband with video on. Its very easy gett.
all reviews » Considering that I stayed during June when the dusk hours are about three a day, my room had sufficient light blocking drapes. The breakfast was good, varied. The rooms are modern, clean, and with kitchen, which was important to me as I was bringing a cheese back to the States that I hiked into the Alps to purchase. :) The staff were very friendly and super helpful. It's a quick Tunnelbana to T-Central. For me, the old portion of the city was within a very comfortable walking distance. Hotel is just perfect. It has everything: the luxury of the hotel and comfort of the appartment. All amenities are spotless, room is very spacious, kitchen well equipt, laundry, internet through out all areas. But the most important is the staff. Everyone are very freindly and helpful. I would like to say special thank you to Luise. She is amasing person, very kind, exceptionally professional, went well above and beyond her duties to help me to resolve issues we had. The best value for money! I am fully satisfied with the service. 1) The hotel is connected to the city center via two close metro stations and/or via 30min walking. 2) room was well equipped with complete Kitchenware 3) Good breakfast (boiled eggs is included) 4) The room design was modern 5) bed was comfortable. 6) Lady staffs were too friendly and warm and helpful. Note that supermarket is more far that it was said before. At least 20 min walking. Primarily very convenient for visiting relatives in Kunsholmen. The small studio was perfect for a couple - the larger one, which we used for one night, provided a pull out setee bed for an extra family member but the extra space is not necessary for a couple. The staff were lovely, in reception and in the attached restaurant. The reduced rate local gym entry was appreciated. The family aparment was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities for us to cook dinners (especially usefull given Stockholm is very expensive). Two subway stations are about 5 min walk - giving easy access to whereever you want to go. Grocery shop is very close and is open till 10pm everynight. In-premise laundry facility (free) makes it very convenient. 1. Very clean and neat facilities. 2. The lack of some products in the room, such as coffee filters and cream/sugar packs for the coffee makers, paper towels, and facial tissues. 2. Spotty WiFi reception on all devices in my room (429). 3. No obvious climate controls in room. (Honestly I did not ask, as I was ok with temp. but this is something one should easily be able to identify). Nothing negative. The breakfast times are very early! 6:30-9:30 (8-10am weekend). Coffee at breakfast is awful. A bit crowdy at the breakfast as hotel is quite big. For three days stay they give you one small soap and one small shampoo. You have to ask additional at reception, as they clean the room up once a week only. - breakfast is fair enough but if quality is better, it is brilliant. The shower was not especially hot, and it would have been nice if there was a bathtub as well. The walk from Stadshagen T-bana is a bit odd, going through the backs of a big office complex; but the walk to Thorildsplan was short and simple. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it;s quick and easy to get into town on the T-bana. breakfast quality very poor (bread awful, absolutely to be improved. We didnt get the room cleaned once on Our stay, and we ran out of toiletpaper. I had to take the Garbage my self to the Garbageroom and we would like to get at least the towels changed during our stay. Change of towels once a week, otherwise pay extra for clean ones. It is outside of downtown Stockholm so it is always a subway ride to go anywhere (but only 3-4 stops so only 10 min max). No maid/cleaning services during your stay. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The bed is not that comfortable and is small in small studio (they say 140cm). I guess because of the ventilation, our throat was getting sore easily. The studio was clean but the atmosphere inside is dusty. No complaints!. We stayed at the hotel in August and at that time you want to see at breakfast fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, with the aroma and taste. not convenient that way after breakfast back to the room or across the street or just walk up the stairs. unexpectedly small windows. the electric kettle has the broken cover. Hotel is not in down town but could be easily reach by two metro lines. No complaints at all. Due to economics,thought it was expensive,just had to be a little thrifty.. The only ways to get to the breakfast area are a stairway or going out of the hotel and another door into the restaurant (which might be an issue for people in wheelchairs). Apartments are cleaned for the first time after seven days from check-in. This is definitely too late! It should be not later than five days. After five days visible dust-fragments (lints) are formed on the floor!. They didn't provide shampoo, shower gel, and cleaning service even though we stayed there over a week. If you care a lot about money and have lots of free time, don't book here too early like me, keep tracking, it becomes cheaper and cheaper until it sold out... Several metro stops from the center. Few min walk from metro station. Need to service apartments at least every few days ... Only just made the toilet paper for our six day stay!!!. Breakfast has no hot meals like scrambled eggs or bacon and the choice is a bit poor when one stays several days Ventilation in the room somewhat noisy WiFi signal a bit weak and instable. Directions to use the blue line mentioned steps but not how many....very difficult with bags. Some more guidance as to hotel facilities and the room facilities would be good. Also if you are on a high floor it is a bit of a walk to the breakfast room and the stairs are rather steep, a lift would be preferable. You have to get used to the fact that they do not clean your room. It is an appartment after all. Really. nothing. . Once a week room cleaning is a bit challenging. Beds only 140cm which you are informed about when booking, ok for two slim ("European") people, would be a problem if one or both are fat. Wifi very patchy in our room. Included breakfast is basic - cereal and sandwiches, but you can always cook one yourself at the studio.
