Friendly staff, all were approachable and smiling. Room was spotless clean on arrival and after the cleaning was done eachday. Plenty of staff. The service was good, people where nice and kind. Also the food in the hotel was really good.location, the qualiy of the room, the prompt and courtious room service. great location, very clean and large rooms. The location, comfort and service. I think it would be perfect to have a more visible concierge in the lobby (getting brochures and questions answered more easily).

No bathrobes in room tho stated that these were supplied. Could have asked for one to be sent up tho' didn't. Would have used it had it been in room as stated. Toiletries not replenished on day 2 of stay. As I was "travelling light" this was disappointing.In general the room was small to be a 5 stars hotel and the bathroom too. For this kind of room the price is a little be over price. The mini-bar was not refilled upon arrival. We had to change from a superior room to smaller room (due to availability) when we wanted a non smoking room but we still had to pay superior room rates.Very noisy. Was given a twin room despite having booked a double. No double rooms were available. Had to move room because of disgusting sewage smell. Second room was better but had a view over a small prison-looking courtyard. Breakfast was not included in the price, and was very expensive.rude staff, the hotel outside, its design looks poor. I highly recommend to take room with view, otherwise your view will be little backyard. Check-in is not earlier than 2pm, breakfast is not included and very expensive; you can find much better (and cheaper) things to eat just crossing the street - the most famous shopping walking street is just right near. Also, during Xmas Stockholm is boring.
