Great location, very close to the subway , one stop to the central station. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, no time limitation, just have it whenever you wake up. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi and the connection was quite good. A cute little hotel that feels very homely as soon as you arrive! The staff were helpful and welcoming and the beds were comfy. An excellent base for exploring the city! They even have bikes you can borrow for the day :).

Good location, fairly comfortable. Staff member when I arrived was most helpful, but other one on subsequent days not so, and didn't know what or where a fax machine was. I liked the staff. Really nice and helpful. You feel like home. Everything was clean. Breakfast included. Close to metro and train stations. The atmosphere very calm and quiet Lovely kitchen Great to have access to tea and coffee anytime and informal make your own breakfast. -breakfast included -location (30-40 min walk to Fryshuset Arena, less than 5 min walk to the subway) -friendly staff. The beds Werder good. * The price was okay. * Free WiFi and breakfast. * Since breakfast was do-it-yourself, you could get up any time you wanted without missing breakfast. Location is Ok. Thin walls so you can hear when someone is walking in the corridor and the doors being shut. So a bit noisy when there are people around. Nothing!. Internet access point is located in the kitchen so signal at rooms is slim or none. But this is a detail I'm sure will be sorted soon!. Room a bit dusty, and bathroom could do with a better clean to prevent mould and top up soap etc. Breakfast not topped up from previous day because of holiday Rception not opened the hours they specify. Nothing to point out. Just be sure you have the code and key to enter when you arrive after the hotel reception is closed. The beds and pillows I didn't sleep very well as a consequence. nothing. Despite the breakfast was nice, it would be better if there was some more fruits and sweet things (chocolate for the milk or pastry). Tiny pillow....haha!. No private toilet, the hotel is a little bit under the road, and the room is little small (but nice). Breakfast was very poor and missing although we afsked for basic missing things like the. More days no the, no milk, no cheese, only old bread - and not ecological as promised. No cleaning at the rooms during 4 days. Dark rooms in celler niveau. * Dusty rooms. * No housekeeping during the four night stay. * WiFi did not reach the room, only kitchen. * The internet connection was down for most of the stay. Employee didn't seem to do anything useful about it. * Shared bathrooms. We never saw anyone from the staff! And the hotel is in a basement, pretty akward. Bed was way too small and not comfortable. We've been to 2 other hotels in Stockholm, we definitely won't recommend this one.
