I have now stayed at this hotel a number of times. The rooms and facilities are lovely - very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to shops and restaurants but also has lovely views across the water. It is easily accessible via the no. 2 bus from Slussen Railway Station. Booked last minute and got a great deal. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds, a bit out of the city but we managed to walk there, and it is very close to some great local restaurants. A good opportunity to see Stockholm from another perspective.
all reviews » Excellent facilities ; friendly staff and special point is each floor has full equip kitchen with plates etc. Breakfast was good and with reasonable selections. Reception and room service problem all were helpful and friendly with my kids. The small shared kitchenette was handy for preparing meals. It was within walking distance of Galma Stan. The seawall was just out the door. It was quiet. Perfect for my trip. Walkingdistance to many places in the city. Breathtaking views over Stockholm. Friendly and helpful staff. I will return. The hotel itself is in a very nice building on the campus site of the church. Great view, nice elegant room. Location, breakfast, helpful staff and value for money. The excellent view of Stockholm over the waters. Very nice hotel. Good location. Location, location, location. just great. The room was nice! And the Bathrooms where clean and near. Wifi was East to get access to and worked in the room!. No staff on site at night, but it wasnt a major problem. Nothing as such, no Muslim shower in washroom which is not there in any Sweden hotel. Bed size was small and I suggest in next renovation please use little bigger beds. The rooms are a little small for the price. Nothing. The breakfast was served only between 6:30 and 8:00, which is not always good for someone, who wants to leave the hotel at a later time (all the museums in scandinavia open up late morning at 11h or 12h). Our 'larger room' had been apparently be given to another guest and we were given a room in the rear annexe with a view of three industrial freezer units. We asked to be moved and were after one night to a much nicer room. But avoid the rear annexe unless you can sleep through humming and clanking freezer noises!. I had problems with internet access - instability and blocked communications. Amenities were sparse. (No bar soap, shampoo, or wash cloths). It was not easy to find the Hotel because there where no signs wat so ever about Hotel only about the Churchs activities!! and the hotel Entre only had a sign with 1K beside the door !!The Breakfast was allright but the coffe machine was difficul to manage!.
