Spacious room, spacious bathroom with excellent lighting and worktop area for storage. Kitchen area. Our room was on the top floor facing west, and thanks to the style of windows got a huge amount of light. Excellent range of breakfast food and drinks. Free tea and coffee, and newspapers, available in the breakfast room. The hotel is very conveniently situated right in the centre of Lund - ideal if you are on foot (there is a car park, but there is a charge for its use).
all reviews » The rooms in Stay at Lund were clean and efficiently spacious. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast comprised many choices and the breakfast area was open and well lit. The efficiency apartment at Stay at Lund was similar in cost to standard rooms in other parts of Sweden, in our experience. The room we got for us three friende were very large, giving good space. Excellent beds, also for the third person sleeping on an extra bed. Large and fresch bathroom, Ok breakfast for that price. Very friendy, serviceminded staff. Quite despite situated in the middle of the city. The room.was very large with a double bed and an armchair, tv lcd, kichenette fully equipped. the bathroom was large as the shower.lovely breakfast. the staff is kind and helpull. excellent position in the city center. There is a big supermarket 1 minute from the hotel where you can buy everything that you need. The room was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a kettle in the room ( there was a fully equipped kitchenette which I didn't use). This is an apartment hotel and has cooking facilities, this is nice. Good breakfast. You can rent a bike to move around the city. I especially appreciated the kitchen in the room. It is a very nice hotel, the staffs there are kind and considerate, and the breakfast is nice. Direct in the city center!. Shame the free tea and coffee in the breakfast room was not available after 5pm at weekends. It was a little hard to find Stay at Lund with the standard letsbookhotel.com map, and we had to ask for directions several times. Could do with bigger choice of TV channels View across car park - but even so the car park was very quiet and no problem. maybe a bit noisy at night. because it was warm we kept the windows open. maybe could do with some air conditioning. n/a. Towels were only changed once during our stay. I had to wash them myself. Quite a lengthy walk over cobblestones from rail station. Selection of food for the breakfast was limited. lack of parking. Take care about parking, we got immediately a huge fine! Staff not available after 17:00 during weekend. medium size tv, poor sound. Bit expensive perhaps, but good value for money still. One tiny improvement though much appreciated would be to include some minimal things in the kitchenette (salt/pepper/oil) ;-). pay for parking. Nothing. Serving scrambled eggs in breakfast would be a good idea, though. Nothing. Floors were sticky after being cleaned. Rooms were not serviced frequently and had to pay extra for it. It is a litttle differicult for foreign guests to find the hotel, but the local people are kind and they are ready to offer assistance.That the breakfast only lasts until 9.30, should be 10 am. And when we arrived 9.40 the breakfast waitor tried to deny us eating although all of the breakfast was still available. Not good service. . Not being able to access the kitchen after 5pm to access tea/coffee facilities. I arrived lateish and had not had time to buy my own supplies before going to my business meetings. Expensiveness!.
