Good location, 10min walk from city center but still the area is very nice (beautiful old houses) B&B is nice house with beautiful patio and it has handy check-in automat if you arrive out of check-in time when there is no staff in the house. Free parking lot was nice and breakfast was ok. House is clean and bathroom-toilets are new and well kept. Nice is an budgetfriendly hotel, located just a few minutes from tram, buses and Liseberg(amusement park). The owner (he runs it all by himself) is very helpful and makes you feel like a special guest ;).
