Upper House's reception is located on the 25th floor. You will find Upper House on the top floors of the central tower. Please contact Guest Services upon arrival for access to the elevators. Payment takes place upon arrival and a credit card number is needed as guarantee for additional charges. Guests under the age of 16 cannot be accommodated at Upper House. The same age limit applies at Upper House Spa & Relax.
