all reviews » The location was fantastic! Loved being in old town in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We stayed in apt. 6 and thought it was quiet and liked that the bedrooms are in the back away from the pedestrian street. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay. One full bath with plenty of hot water and small half bath was nice because we had 4 adults. Daniel was pleasant and so helpful with recommendations and advice with what to see an. I should begin with the Manager of the Apartment, Daniel. He is a fine gentleman and was kind enough to help us out in every possible way during our stay in Seville. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is a very cosy and nicely decorated apartment with all the possible essentials. It is situated in the old city centre. You can actually enjoy the old city of Seville walking around at night or during the day. Its a perfect place for a young couple wanting to have the feel of a home stay in . We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Daniel met us and was extremely helpful and friendly - bottle of wine was excellent after a long drive. The apartment is in a lovely building, in excellent condition and very well furnished - was very light and spacious. Only slight downside is a little noise from the street below the main bedroom - but nothing that stops you from sleeping. But it's in such a wonderful location close to sights, bars, restaurants that you will be out enjoyin. From the booking where Daniel sent an excellent very helpful email to arrival and the whole stay, we would highly recommend staying here. Daniel was excellent in showing us through Sevilles map and places to go, the apartment we stayed in was gorgeous, roomy and very clean! He explained everything about the apartment and recommended some nice places for us to visit. Location was great as it was in the centre of Santa Cruz and close to all the iconic spots you'd want to cover. However if you're in Seville to shop than maybe a place closer to the centre is more suitable. Daniel was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, shopping locations, historic sites, etc. to help us enjoy our stay. We appreciated the bottle of wine he provided as well. The apartment was well equipped and within walking distance to the main sites of Seville. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area. If driving plan to park in underground garage nearby and then short walk to apartment. Little things like the mop bucket in the bathroom, no draining board next to the sink and a distinct smell of sewage in the main hallway. However, that's just nitpicking!. Nothing. Nil. Be careful when booking a one bedroom apartment, it really is a studio. No natural light and nothing like the pictures in the letsbookhotel.com website. It is so central that it can be a bit noisy late evening as people come home walking through the tight lanes. This is not really a criticism as it has to be expected as Seville is a late dining and drinking city. The bed is very small for 2 people. Full size. Better Wifi connection. a bit noisy as on ground floor next to narrow street, would have been nice to have a more open, yet private, space to sit outside in. Shower recess so small it was difficult to bend over. Hot water pressure in shower poor. The flat on ground floor is a bit small.
