Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary. I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations. One detail: I recommend you to notify the maneger of the hotel about the time of your arrival (I did it by my e-mail the day before) in order to prevent awaitings. Staff is very polite and h.
all reviews » Having a washing machine was fantastic. It was close to Taller Flamenco school. Lots of eateries close by. Easy walk into main part of town. Very secure. Car park available on site. Internal atrium provides a lovely cool and windows look onto it instead of a road. Small family business. Nice welcome by the son of the family. Well equipped flat (incl. small kitchen, washing machine) at excellent location close to very nice square with playgrounds for children, tapas-bars and restaurants. Excellent help. Really clean appartment. Close to lots of restaurants, touristic sites etc. Kitchen and bathroom were OK. The appartment complex is quiet and modern and also cool, which is important in summer. The staff were exceedingly helpful. The position of the apartment was excellent. It was very clean and very well equipped. Everything worked. The building was very secure. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The location was great, a big plaza with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable, wi-fi worked well. That was necesary. 42 degree's Celcius.. This apartment is in a lively, young area of Seville. It is within walking distance of a lot of the main tourist sites. The staff were very helpful. The only problem is that sometimes it is rather noisy. At friday and saturday nights mery spanish guys love to walk by the street near the hotel, sometimes with music. Once a tomcat started his serenade to his darling. He sang not good enough, I don't think, he had success :)). If you leave the windows open at night the central atrium can be very noisy depending on who else is staying at the hotel. There were some inconsiderate guests that made a lot of noise. This is not the fault of the hotel. Keep windows closed and aircon on and you don't hear a thing. All was fine... The manager should have told us that we could hire a bike for only one week (and not for one day). But furtheron he was very helpful. We unfortunately had a ground floor flat and we needed to have the light on during the day. Next time I would ask for a second floor flat. But it wasn't a huge problem . The apartments are not at all soundproof, we could hear people walking about in the other apartments, and there was lots of noise from the streets on Saurday night. No problems. The double bed's a bit small if you're tall, but the comfy (bed)sofa will fit you easily... Bed was a bit hard. Only one set of towels was available. Problems with english some of kitchen equipment outworn. 1.It was clearly not well cleaned.The bed clothes were clean but that was all.In rest of the apartement I really didn't want to touch anything. 2.I couldn't make a proper shower because the water was a little bit warm at first but afterwards cold.I have waited a lot for the warm water to come but unfortunately I had to washed myself with cold water.It was not a nice felling. not good value for money beds very hard bed for 3rd person ridiculous, he ended up sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch instead apartments very dark.
