This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she was awesome! She helped us with details from the airport, places of interest to see, and when our flight was cancelled and moved to the next day, she made sure we could we stay another night. If we get to Seville again, we would stay there again!!.
all reviews » Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening. The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave. The apartment was located right in the heart of the Santa Cruz district - a short walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and lots of fantastic tapas bars. Cristina was really helpful, giving us lots of tips and recommendations for where to go and where to eat in Seville. We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and the terrace was fantastic. The perfect place to relax with a Tinto de Verano after a busy day sightseeing. We found the convenience of being located so centrally to the sights we had chosen to visit conducive to a thoroughly enjoyable trip. The owner was most accommodating and informative, giving us detailed information as to how to get the best out of our visit. She was also prompt in responding to the questions we had, making us feel that nothing would be too inconvenient for her. Everything - its all but impossible to imagine how we could have been better looked after or spent our stay in a better part of this wonderful city. We've been travelling through France and Spain to Morocco for over 20 years and haven't found anywhere quite like this - its been like staying with an old friend. Thanks Irene. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a great rooftop terrace. Given the heat, it was nice to have the ability to open windows to allow for cross breezes. The penthouse unit is great with private roof-top terrace, with a view of the old santa cruz district. The facility is very clean. But the best part is the location - right in the middle of the historical district with great restaurants nearby and yet quiet. The location was very central. The flat was comfortable and well appointed. It had air conditioning and floor to ceiling windows with little balconies. There were many bars and restaurants in the area. The recommendations from the staff were excellent. Friendly staff, the girl explained us how to find places to eat and to visit. A big comfortable bed in the living room. Heaters in the rooms and in the bathroom. The are shutters on the windows, so you sleep even if it is daylight. The owner is very kind. She provided us with many useful information regarding taxi from airport and flamenco shows, and Churros! The apartment is more than perfect ! The location is near to the cathedral and the Spanish placa. If you're looking for a fantastic efficiency apartment, this is it. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It felt like your real home. You could find everything you needed and everything was new. The apartment had a terrace which you could enjoy the city view. The landlady was very helpful. Location is good - minutes walk to main attractions and shopping areas. The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable, but we got used to it!. Not applicable, as we liked all we had available to us. The sofa bed could be more comfortable. And, this is a true apartment, so don't expect any hotel amenities like bathroom soap or sugar for tea/coffee. Although on a narrow street there is some traffic noise despite the double glazing but you are right in the centre of the city so that is inevitable. I wish there were a washing machine for all the clothes we needed to wash for a family of four. Also a dishwasher would be helpful since we did cook breakfast for the kids. No bread, chopping board¡. For both rooms there was the same heater control, so while two of us slept in comfortable temperature, I suffered from heat in the second room. If you open the window, you can't sleep because of city noise and people walking near the windows (it was the 1st floor). Nothing. There was nothing we didn't like. Bathroom, especially the shower, drained very slowly. None. Nothing to dislike. Everything was fine. The bed was a bit hard but similar to hotels in Spain. It's an appartment, not an hotel, which is nice, too. Nothing.
