The Hotel T3 Tirol in Madrid, the first of all T3 Hotels in Spain, is located just across the street from the department store El Corte Inglés of Princesa and a short walking distance from the Plaza de España, the Royal Palace and the University Campus.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The rate for my stay via this site was a great discount-much better than what I see posted now. The location was absolutely fabulous and central to the area in which I desired to stay. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay. While the hotel offered breakfast, there were also multiple restaurants close by to choose from.all reviews »
The service to the rooms was excellent. Comfortable room and value for money.Location of the hotel was excellent, just next to Argüelles Metro station. The breakfeast can be improved : an american like coffe machine, and real fruits !. Pay Tv, Have to pay 1 € every time to open the save, no drinks in theroom. Reception staff was not very friendly. Lack of parking, lack of free internet connectivity, impossible to control properly the conditioning system.
