A brand new hotel that just opened in April, this hotel was great value for money. Located just slightly out of the centre, the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big and well designed. Breakfast was also great. Fresh, clean, modern, new hotel with friendly staff. Metro entry is in front of the exit door. In Madrid there is no hotel in the central area, or close to it, which wouldn't have noise issue in the night. Some solution is written by me with red letters.

Friendly staff. Good location, 20-25 minutes by walk to city. Very clean rooms and rest of the hotel. Superiorrooms where excellent, big, nice balcony and hot tubs. around 4 euro with taxi to city. the interior design clean emphasis in details-ergonomy very good breakfast cosy bed and pillows very friendly staff just in front the metro station- very close to small markets. Sleeping is possible with earplugs, if the window is closed. Only then I didn't hear the voices from some bar or restaurant below ( I was on the 9th floor). The restaurant of the hotel was closed. The pool is smaller than you could imagine. Not worth the money if you book this hotel during summer when you need to have a good pool to survive. small (single) room no view not that good english of the staff. Our room was a bit small, but more than good for 2 people on a city break. Service - Staff seemed to be responding to our requests slow, the toilettaries were not replenished and we had to ask every time. The parking price is a bit high 22€ and you need to take out your car when you leave the hotel which is not convenient at all, specially if you want to check out and still go see the city or do some shopping. So my recomendation is for the hotel to change this policy. Everything was fine!. No negatives. Showers are not closed, so water spread outside them into the floor. Nothing. poor breakfast. no coffee vending machine- big negative point european to asian power socket/convertor in all rooms. Breakfast. Food was O.K., but was not easy to get a place at a table. singles room is rather small bit noisy at night Breakfast could be better. Safe box is not fixed to the wall. The place was only opened the day before I checked in, and it showed in the strong smell all over the hotel. Unfortunately most of the facilities were not open yet. Pool and terrace not open until the middle of June. The reason we booked this hotel was to use these facilities. It shouldn't be advertised as having a pool and terrace if its only going to be used for 3 months of the year. The rooms are very small. they offer a roof with views but the roof is always close for guest and rented to private events. Poor customer service in reception staff, we ask to sort it out some needs and one of the recepcionist with asiatic look i forgot to ask his name, never offer any solution, very bad and negative actitud.
