I am very pleased. Good location, atmosphere, services. Close to two metro station (a few minutes walk to Gregoria Maranon or Ruben Dario). Though the price is not so reasonable, worthwhile staying, if you would like to stay in a pleasant, clean room.The rooms were fine and up-to-date, the location very close to public transport systems, the staff very resourceful. location, comfortable room, kind staff, good value for money. Only one thing did not work: we had asked for a room with a double bed and a sigle bed for our nephew and a cradle for our 1-year old child. They told us they did not have those kind of rooms but then we discovered they have! Not a huge problem but our room did not have the extra bed on the night of arrival (and they had to find one at 2.00a.m.!).although wireless internet was free, it didn't work very well. and the hotel was bit far away from the center of the city and from the metro. Same times it´s not comfortable feal in the reception desk, the diference treatment for the booking costumer, or the single costumer.improve beds. they are too narrow. Windows was not perfectly sealed, cold air entered from borders. Staff could be more trained. Room to small and noisy. Breakfast too expensive, 20 euros for continental. no english newspapers. no weather report.
