The flat is just perfect. Clean, elegant, perfectly well equipped, everything in order, all imaginable comfort is there (a working wifi included). The area is central, just beside the British Council, and a few steps from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The building is a few steps from the underground station Ruben Dario, and a couple of hundreds meters away from another underground station. I strongly advice this accomodation. all reviews » Excellent place. I had a fantastic small studio flat, the location was very central. The house and the flat were very stylish, clean, peaceful and secure. There was everything in the flat: wonderful kitchenette with all necessary utensils, washing machine, TV etc. The bathroom was also wonderful. Free WiFi worked well all the time. The check-in and check-out was very easy. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I warmly recommend!. The apartment is located in a very nice area of madrid near Salamanca. It takes 15 min walking to the crowded center to Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. It is located close to shopping area in Salamanca with hungrerd on nice shops. You can also find good restaurants and cafes here. Apartment is tiny but it has everything you need during the trip. If you are ok with small room for good money - this apartment will perfect for you. The location is great and there was plenty of space in the apartment: there was a huge top-floor balcony with table, chairs and barbecue. The staff of DFlat were very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay and arrange a late checkout. The place is very secure the police is always down the billing you will feel very safe I loved it. Nice terrace. Across from the police station so very safe. Could be a home in Madrid. The sofa-bed was a bit creaky and difficult to open, sometimes. The room is really small. To make the bed you need to close the table and chairs and put them away otherwise there is no space for bed. But the price is very attractive and location is very good. DFlat own more than 30 flats in the same building, so the photos are representative, but not necessarily the apartment you'll get - though this wasn't a problem in my case, as I got the huge balcony I wasn't expecting. There was a microwave/grill rather than a real oven, so it limits what you can cook. Shower. TV channels in Spanish only. Kitchen was adequate but small. Some nights were noisy on the street. They charged 20€ extra and asked for 100€ as insurance, over the letsbookhotel.com total price. They argued this values were in the small letters section NO one reads.

The same charge of EUR 20 applies for check-in and check-out at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
