The location is fantastic (the main attractions, museums and nicest squares are within walking distance).
The place is fabulous, brand new, extremely clean and very well designed.
The host (Irma) is absolutely adorable, she will make you feel like at home and will give you great hints in what to see and do during your stay.
The breakfast area is open at any time with free water, tea and coffee for all guests.

We are 70 and had to walk up one flight of stairs only. The manager got our bags and was so helpful. Our own bathroom, very quiet and safe area.
