  This is a brand new hostel, you can literally smell the paint from the walls very nice and large common area it is located perfectly, very close to some famous Gaudi houses and Catalunya square. A railwaystatioj connecting to the airport is a 5 minute walk, the tube station is even less WiFi works fine (watched a live stream w/o any interruptions)... what people say » - I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot. The kitchen was clean an cauzy.

  Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.   The staff was the best I've ever seen and we've been travelling for the last 9 weeks. They are extremely helpful to everybody that comes in and always positive. Both of the employees that we met and talked to were great and I would highly recommend them to anybody. Nobody ever had to wait while we were there, even when the hostel was completely fu - really nice people. never have been in a hostel where's such a friendly stuff! I really enjoyed staying there, also the rooms are very nice and clean. the stuff appreciates silence, that's another pleasent thing about. It's nearby Placa Catalunya, therefore very central in a nice neighborhood of Barcelona.

  ** i was looking for a calm and quiet vacation, and lur hostel was the place for it -- loved the classic l'eixample apartment and loved the couch with the view of the block courtyard ** the location was perfect, close to the modernist attractions in barcelona ** it was really really clean, even cleaner than my own house :D ** the staff (david, ... what people say » maria, jaime, linda) were really friendly and helpful - we got lots of clothes to wash but had no time as I and my bf were busy to sight seeing all around in Barcelona but they did it instead of us and brought it into our room even twice. their English wasn't so fluent but didn't matter. just there is one thing to know that it's 10euro to use washing machine though the service was satisfied than my thought. just be sure about it.
