Perfect location, Train from Airport T2 terminal takes you direct to Sants Rail Station and its less than 10 min walk from there to Casa Valencia. Rooms are freshly renovated and decorated and stay included comp continental breakfast. The guy who runs the place was super nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again when visiting Barcelona. Sara and John were extremely friendly and helpful and they provide a very good service. The rooms, shared bathrooms and kitchens were always spotless. The value is outstanding for the quality of the accomodation and the location, right in the center of Barcelona is close to everything you'll ever need.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, you have your freedom because there are only 3 rooms with place for 5 people. Price is unique in Barcelona, Coffe and Wifi all the time available!!! I will recomend this place for all of my friends. I was met by John who showed me around the apartment and was kind enough to give me a ride to Plaza Catalunya, and he offered some site seeing advice as well. Although I'm not gay, it's in a gay friendly area if that is a tip that helps those folks. Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent value for money. Silence. Clean. Comfortable. A very convenient location. The apartment is nice and quite near the Sants Station, the shopping center and metro. John is very friendly, helpful and attentive person. Thanks a lot! I like the location close to the viewings of the famous Montjuic. There was free and fast wifi. I had to find out myself the password, and luckily it was the same as in my previous location. Clean rooms and bathrooms, but little bit small. Free breakfast by yourself (toast, cookies, coffe etc). Medium but stable wi-fi. Ethrething you need!. I liked the free wifi and the free breakfast, the proprietor was very nice and the room was simple but had everything that I needed. Good location, near pl. Wifi is working well. 5 min to metro. 10 min to Montjuik by foot. Supermarket is next door. Location, price. Free wifi with no limits at the room. Kitchen and refrigerator available. Nothing. In the beginning it was confusing to understand the exact location of the apartments in the different buildings, but all it takes is a bit more information. The fact that you need to pick up the key in a different location from the one you're staying at is an issue that should be cleared in the confirmation email from letsbookhotel.com, but otherwise everything was perfect. Dont understand the negative comments, this is still a youth hostel, if you want to have more, pay 3 x more and go to a Hotel! I guess, some of you never been in a youth hostel before, in madrid, 36 beds = 2 showers!!! Shame on you guys... John, please, change the shower and put a table in the bathroom.))). If you are tired and have had it all with travelling in the end after your -delayed- flight or being for hours in La douce France, you really don't want to go on a room hunt for 1,5 hour. Best is you call the number first in the sent mail and the guy will tell you where to find the key. Once done you go to the Casa itself. It's really funny that all levels are numbered 1 and 2.... So the 5th floor is numbered again 1, 1a, 1b and 2, .... Every level is called differently, like: La primera. I would have liked it if i could have checked in earlier, so that I wouldn't have to worry about looking after my bags. I also would have liked for the proprietor to have responded to my email about me arriving earlier to the check-in time. And also have the name of the B&B outside the building by the doorbell!!. Rooms without windows. room was a bit too hot and small. There is private apartment, but booking conf. Hasn't full right address (flat number). I have to call to customer service and wait in total around 30-40 min for check-in. Pictures has a lot of 'photoshop" remarks. Apartment would like to be renovated in real life. My room "budget single with shared bathroom" has no more than 5 sq.m, but at letsbookhotel.com is 13 sq.m!! Also letsbookhotel.com says "Design hotel". It's a joke probably :) It's a typical spanish hostel. Shower. It is not a hotel, it is a free room in one apartment for hiring. The shower has not been working well and when one client locked the door for night I could not get back to my room for half an hour. Very dirty sheets...In case you arrive on sunday, u will have to travel a lot to get the keys for the room...!!. Everything. We arrived at 23 and we waited for more than 3 hours just to get the right set of keys. The location of the room was unknown…Don't go there!. Cleaning not very good. Spots on bed sheets. Room, towels and bed linen not cleaned in 3 days. Did only see staff except when checking-in. Pictures shown on web does not reflect how the rooms looked real life: rooms are dark.

Please note that the apartment is located at the following address: Valencia, 45. Key collection takes place at the Casa Valencia Office, at Viladomat 171. Office opening hours are from 10:00 to 19:00. Check-in begins at 15:30 and check-out is before 12:00. Check-in before 15:30 is possible for a surcharge of EUR 1.90 per person. Arrivals after 19:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 4.50 per person. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please let the property know in advance. You will then be given a code to open a safe post box in front of the office where keys will be left for you. The same applies to check-ins on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Upon departure, the keys should be left in the post box at the entrance of the apartment. If they keys are lost, a charge of EUR 25 will be applied. Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
