The hostel situated on the 3rd floor, elevator is available so there's no problem with us having a buggy with. Wifi was great on the first 2 nights. On the main street of Granada (Gran Via) which suggest mostly everything is within walking distance, including the main bus stop to attractions. We came from the bus station so we only need to take bus no 3 or 33 to get here. this was the second stay clean comfortable value for money location is great specially for us as we are muslims there is a masjid nearby and also halal food .

It's in Granada's city-center, so you can walk to the main square easily. And do some shopping too!. Location was great. There is a microwave in the ground floor. Rooms are comfortable and are cleaned every day. Everything! Friendly staff. GREAT location. Good value of money!. The location for public transport and visiting sites. City center location. Close to tourist sites. Ensuite bathroom, air conditioning. The staff and the hot water. Location and cleanliness. central location. Internet problem on our 3rd night but it resume on the next morning. No kettle but we later found out the same in other hostels in other cities as well. So if u need to make milk for your baby, do carry one yourself. staff on our arrival the receptionist could not speak a word of English then there was an old guy he was very rude and ignorant. we booked a month in advance and they try give us rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed when we booked 2 x triple rooms selecting option for 3 single beds. after arguing we were given rooms as we booked. There WiFi was not working for 2 days that i stayed there. it was really something i did not expect. And the staff was not even apologetic about it, they didnt care if it was not working. No parking. We came with a big van and it was tough to find a place to park. We did find one eventually, 2km - a long walk - away. The front desk gentleman had difficulty with English,but we got by with our pidgin Spanish. Wi-fi was problematic in penthouse but i don't know how about in the other stages. A bit noisy as it was on a main street. No car parking. If one is available, it is bit of walk. My 2 days parking plus parking at Al Hambra was exactly 64 Euro. So if you can help it, Do not rent a car. Floors weren't very clean but the rest of the room seemed to be clean. The street noise and the usually not working lift - neither factor being the fault of the hostal. The wifi was not working unless you asked for it. It is not suitable for visiting town by car. Hotel access by car is difficult, because one lane is open only for public transport and taxis, others have nowhere to stop to unload luggage from the car There are few public parking, but it is easier first to park the car, and then go to the hotel. no proper shower in desperate need of renovation.
