Pleasant personnel with very good english, good location (not far from metro station), free wi-fi access.Everything was really great and pleasant at Sunotel Jr. The relation price-service. all reviews » Location, pool area and staff were all brilliant. Really clean rooms and recently rennovated was great. Staff were very helpful. Location near trains was fantastic. We had two families and stayed in 4 rooms each with 1 kid. Family rooms would have been more relevant, however this worked great. Pool is small, but they had one which is essential with kids in summer. Although it was a bit of a walk to the next hotel, the pool and observation area were highlights. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating of a room switch as well. The room was cleaned every day and had small amenities like a dental kit for someone who forgot their toothbrush.All the hotel staff were helpful, some exceptionally helpful. I alsoliked the neighborhood, quiet, pleasant, convenient. very nice place to stay. really nice stuff. the breakfast. Convenient location. Clean and generally good value. I didn't eat at the hotel but the drinks were very reasonably priced compared to elsewhere in Barcelona. The pool was very nice. Very close to a metro station which was perfect. Unfortunately, there were no windows in the room where breakfast is served. . - the swimming pool was closed for 3 of our 5 days (for us not a tragedy, but if you count on it, it's bad - room was cleaned every day but mainly on the surface, hidden corners were dirty and the trashcan was distgusting - hotel is right across a hospital so be aware of some extra of noise from ambulances. too noisy! The air condition was too noisy and the control of it was at the reception. there was also lots of noise from the street.The noise of hospital car. Too much noise in the area, especially from the ambulances coming and going to the nearbly hospital. Unfortunately the noise insulation of the building is very poor.The fridge wasn't working well. you have to call front desk to turn off/on (noisy) airco, rooms are very small, cleaning staff wakes you at 8am, quite far from the centre, but metro nearby. Heating did not work in any room, window was not possible to close, was very cold thru out the whole stay. jacuzzi was closed, sheets were not changed.internet did not work. Room on the street - very noisy all night-air conditioner noisy all night-shower not commod with one door broken. Elevator was out of order 4 days over 5, remote control was missing, airconditioning was not working, items from the minibar were expired. noise from the lift, doors slamming in rooms / thin walls very noisy hotel.
