The rooms are all individually designed and very unique. We stayed in the Ibiza room and the bed was very comfortable. The owner Fleur was the extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The Breakfast was definitely the best continental I have had, and would choose this over an English full breakfast any day! Fleurs own fruit Muesli is highly recomended! Upon arrival and each morning we were also given homemade cakes which were amaxing and a lovely touch! The location is close.
all reviews » Salsas and Co is a fantastic Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Fleur could not be more helpful or welcoming. I really can’t fault the place, it represents exceptional value for money. It is well situated for easy access to the Bus, Tram, Tourist Bus and Metro systems and is within walking distance of the centre. I would not hesitate to stay here again (in fact we plan to return soon) and I will be recommending to friends. We love the breakfast !!!!! It's incredible yummy!!!! We expected the breakfast every morning during we lived there!!! The staff is kind, friendly and energetic!!! The room is clean,simple and.comfy!! Also the bathroom is good,they provided everything you need, the decoration of the Salsas is awesome and comfortable ,just like your home!!!! I will definitely recommend this B&B!!!!. the host is very welcoming, they serve delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and even when we have to have early check out, packed breakfast was prepared for us. ample space in the bedroom, dinning room and living room are well decorated and very comfortable. there are a lot of bus stops around the bnb to the train station(Barcelona Sants Station) and other parts of the cities. High standard of cleanliness. Lovely decor and modern bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned and serviced every day. Excellent breakfast. It was a nice neighborhood and within a block of hopping on Barca's tourist bus system which proved to be a great way to get around and tour the essentials. The location was great. Breakfast were home made. nice house. nothing. The shared toilets is the only and very small disadvantage. Nothing. Nothing. The location wasn't that good - we walked pretty far distance from the metro station, took around 15 - 20 mins. When we arrive there the stuff wasn't there, we waited for more than an hour to wait to open the door for us - was very unpleasant at that time. However after we met Salsa she was pretty nice and welcoming. Need to share bathroom and wasn't sound proof sometimes was a bit noisy that you can hear somebody walking at the corridor. Shared bathroom minor inconvenience at times - but I knew about that before booking, so a comment rather than a grumble. a bit pricey for Spain and the location is not very central (you have bus lines just across the street tho). no AC is a big problem for summer... Both bathrooms sometimes are busy, which is typical for this kind of hotels and is not a real problem. Would have appreciate it if the information email to be sent earlier like 2 days in advance. Doesn't look great from the outside - but definitely don't judge a book by its cover !. Nothing. Fleur, the proprietor, turned out to be very difficult when I was confronted with needing an outside phone to resolve an issue with my cellphone not working. The room didn't have ac and was stuffy unless you opened an unscreened window that faced the side of the next building. Shared bathroom. building and facilities were sort of old. We did not know it was a shared bathroom (I checked and it was in the detail section). Breakfast were homemade but I had shortage in terms of quantity. *poor breakfast *no new towels even when they were dirty * additional fee of €20 as we checked in at 20.00h!!.

Please note that early or late check-in is possible on request and depending on room availability. Please note, check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 22:00 is not possible. For reservations of more than 3 nights, the property will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit. 100% of the total amount is payable in cash upon check-in. The property has 2 shared bathrooms, which can be reserved for private use for 20 EUR per night when booking a minimum of 2 rooms. The continental breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:30.
