I really thought this hotel was excellent, the roof top bar was awesome, only ate at the hotel for breakfast and room service , but it was great, the staff had no problem making special request breakfast for me each day, when i go back to Barcelona this is where I will stay, and I would highly recommend it. Fabulous stay, hotel staff couldn't have been more courteous andhelpful. Rooftop bar has amazing views. Great breakfast includingchampagne and smoked salmon!.

The brakfast wae as 4 stars. the room before upgrade was poor. Standard of the rooms. Lifts inadequate for a hotel of this standard. Main resturantunattractively located in basement. the pool and bar was closed. the rooms were too small. i have stayed in 3 star hotels in barcelona with bigger rooms and same facilities. Very poor frontdesk service and had a credit card issue while checking in (when we complained and changed the person at the fromt desk, all went through ok). First frontdesk guy was completely stressed out and rude. Rooms were begging for being dusted (walls, connecting room door, etc). Bfast was like a 'train station restaurant' with pushy bfast room manager. Definitely not a 5 star in my book!. to decrease the price twice/ it is not 5 star hotel. poor loacation, small rooms, bad room service...

Barcelona airport is 15 Km South-East of the city in "El Prat del Llobregat" and is the second most important in Spain with regards the number of passengers. It is possible to reach Hotel Majestic by the following means: TRAIN: The train station is connected to Terminal A by a bridge-tunnel in which there are conveyer belts to transport the passengers. Frequency: trains leave every 30 minutes. First trains 6:13 am. ,last train 11:40 pm. Journey time: 20 minutes. Price: 2.20 EUR per person. The ticket must be bought before you board the train. Destination: the train station nearest to the hotel is Plaza Catalunya - about 6 blocks from the hotel. BUS: From the airport to Plaza Catalunya. There is a bus stop in front each of the terminals A, B and C. Frequency: leaves every 15 minutes. First bus leaves the airport at 6:00 am. Sundays at 6:30 am. Last bus leaves the airport at 12 midnight. Journey Time: about 30 minutes. Price: 3.45 EUR per person. The ticket is bought on the bus.
