Location. The hotel staff was very helpful.position very central. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is good. The beds are not very comfortable and generally the hotel looks more like a 3-stars hotel, not a 4-stars. The classification of this hotel as 4 star is hugely misleading. The rooms are average, not even a kettle included, the safe was broken, the toliet broken (though to be fair they came and fixed the latter very quickly- the safe remained broken the entire time.The beds are rock hard and breakfast is overpriced with a very poor selection. The pool and roof bar were closed. The main bar is soulless.
