Décor was modern in design (Ikea) and apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for cooking/eating was in the apartment. Air conditioning worked well! Location was excellent, literally one minute walk to Liceu Metro stop. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars on Lam Ramblas, but step further afield and less touristy venues available at lower price! Had a wonderful short stay with all the comfort of a hotel without the formality!.
all reviews » The location was the best as we cannot ask for a better location than being in las ramblas..we got around every where S we were in the best location.at the same time there was no sound disturbance in the bedroom.the apartment was very clean and the facilities were very good which made our stay very pleasant.. The house is very comfy and cosy. The building is new or newly renovatd and very clean. The location is perfect, next to La Rambla, but hardly hear anything from there. Really good central location. Right by the metro stop as well. Loved Barcelona as a destination as well. Loads to do around the city as well as the beach. Location is fantastic. Almost right on the Ramblas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and well appointed with everything you need. Close to all the sites - transport and grocery stores within walking distance. The mattress was hard not so comfy . Other than that all super!. There was a permanent smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the bathroom vent. 2 rolls of toilette paper for a week was not enough. The Wifi was not accessible besides in the living room. Smell in entrance hall. Few dodgy people lurking about at the end of the street late at night but thats to be expected everywhere. A little bit pricy but the standard in Barcelona is relatively highter than other places in Spain. Cool in the WC. Maybe in winter time only...
