This particular apartment of the organisation had a perfect location, right in the Ribera neighbourhood. Equipped with all possible amenities, spaceous enough for 3 persons (2 bedrooms). Slightly shallow staircase leading to 3rd floor, so bring small suitcases! :-). The location is very good and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.Great location. We were upgraded to a sunny deluxe apartment.

Although theunit overlooked the street, it was amazingly quiet. The elevator washandy after a long day or after shopping. The building was very secure,with good tenants. Next time we return to Barcelona (in a year) weintend to ask for the same unit. The flat was so central to everything, but being on a narrow side street it was much more quite, clean, and very comfortable. Having a kitchen was really nice and the overall comfort of the studio was great.This apartment was centrally located. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes in their washing machine. The location was only a few blocks from LaRambla. Excellent location. Close to the Metro. Apartament was in good condition- it was not modern building, good space and location, fair price.Be always prepare that there could be some noise from the street. the balcony was fun and the acomodation was enough for two students on their first holiday. Now, I was traveling with a friend and 3 small children, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of room, and walking distance to plenty of things. bottom line, well worth it and much better than cramming into a hotel room.The location of the apartment is superb, right in the middle of the city. I liked the size of the room, and the layout was very good. well equiped kitchen - large bedrooms - near metro. Good location. This is the first time we had stayed in an apartment and found it an excellent option instead of a hotel. We have a young child who could run around in the adequate space. This apartment was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere which is truly the best way to see a city and experience their culture.Please note that if my complaints were fixed this would be a great place to stay. good location. Noisy during the night (a main street below with people talking late inthe night, and the apartment sindows do not stop the noise). The partment was a good value for the money. To make it perfect, therefrigerator needed defrosting and the bed was comfortable enough, butnot great.It did get very hot in the daytime as the sun hits right into the room and there is no fan or airconditioning. Also, the toilet did have a problem on the last day and don't try to sleep during the day as the constrution on the roof of the building will keep you up. It was excellent really besides the washing machine room smelt rather badly, probably just from lack of use so we kept the door well shut. Only other was as it was very cold weather we had to use the heater and the electricity shorted out on us at least 10 times a day.Kitchen floor was dirty. Had to buy ice cube trays for freezer. it could be noisy at night and in the morning with the builders. did not expect the bed, living area and kitchen to be in one room.The safety is questionable since we have been suggested not to leave the valuable stuffs when out of the room. not luxurious but what do you expect for the money - it was good value. one bedroom had no window, which would be hot and stuffy in hotter weather. The smell in the laundry room was so bad we couldn't open the door, the "view" was of an empty lot filled with trash and rats. The sofa had a "stain" that was just gross.Unfortunately, the neighbours were noisy, and the apartment did nothave air-con. It was slightly unsanitary.no central heating-only radiators, very small lounge and bathroom off lounge. The hotel was right by a building site, in operation from the early morning and therefore we didn't get a lot of sleep. Nothing can be done about that - just a footnote.Most importantly, the two rooms facing the street need some sound proof or thightly closed windows. The noise is unbearable. They can provide some washing liquid for dish washing and some clean kitchen towel. The living/dining area was cramped and the sofa old and very uncomfortable. For three people, out most of the day, it was adequate but hardly suitable for the 6/7 for whom there were beds. Tiny bathroom and very shabby entrance to the apartment. the apartment has a single window to the rear of the building where a engine of the air conditioning i think of a restaurant above the building make noise all night, the window should better isolate the noise for people can sleep!!!. Firstly,they charge 50 euro for cleaning and the apartment was less than clean,carpets in the bedrooms were stained and sticky.The dished were not clean,paint was falling off in the bathroom,mats in the lounge were just disgusting. The apartment had an iron which blew up while I was holding it and the bathroom lights blew and then there was the smell of burning electrical wiriing.Very scary. room was not clean.
