  Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend.   I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA.   We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. The chalets are very beautiful and the facilities are great. We would definitely recommend Milkwood. We even made a mistake on our booking where we though we had booked for Nov when we had booked for Dec and they facilitated us. Great attitude to customers - This was our second visit.   The owners are a very friendly and welcoming English couple. They are extremely helpful. the room are comfortable and very clean. The DVD collection is a nice bonus. - made to feel very welcome - the owners kindly booked golf for us, and also lent us DVDs - so really wanted to make our stay good for us
