BTW, don't come here without a car, it's a bit out of town, and everything exciting to do around Knysna is just that, around Knysna, not in it. And public transportation here is a joke (and not a very funny one for the locals that can't afford a car).
Facilities in the room were good - kitchen, tv, microwave etc. Our room even had a private garden, which unfortunately, we didn't use!

Kind hostage, nice small garden court with clean pool.

The room was spacious and well equipped for self catering and it was only a 2 minute drive into knysna.
Shower was really noisy - it whistled very loudly. But it was still hot and powerful, which is nice!.
Outside the town center, not so inconveniently if you drive there, as it's small town here.
The rooms backed onto the very busy N2 so traffic was loud throughout the night and then the pool waterfall was started at 7am!...no sleep.
