Spacious gardens and a semi-Olympic sized swimming pool are available for guests, along with wooden deck chairs with cushions and large parasols around at the pool area. Gas barbeque facilities are also provided, as are 2 parking spaces per apartment.

Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to. Elliot, another 'must have' driver will get you, or your guests anywhere around Johannesburg. Hard working, always available, and highly recommended.
all reviews » The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family. Accommodation was beautifully appointed and well maintained. A pleasingly safe area with easy access to the wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment offerings in the environs of Nelson Mandela Square specifically and Sandton generally. Westpoint Executive office and concierge staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The warm welcome on arrival, Rene at reception was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this, done as we speak, to friends and family...Thank you again Rene for assisting and your friendly smile after such a long trip make's the welcome feel so much more worth it!. 1. The apartments are nicely furnished and of a reasonable sizes. 2. I was wowed by the welcome gift I found in my apartment; a box of expensive chocolates...it was such a welcome surprise, given what I paid for the apartment. The facilities of kitchen , laundry and housekeeping was quite good. The entry and exit to the apartment building with a finger print authentication is also good from the point of security. amazing place, close to sandton shopping center, close to gautrain, close to offices. very secure, safe place, safe area. you can go to clubs by foot. very nice i love it. The apartments were most comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Any queries or requests we made were seen to within minutes. Reasonably priced and well-located. Bed was comfortable. Very secure and the flat is well appointed for a self sufficient visit - well appointed. The location was excellent. closer to work. Spacious. Housekeeping needs to be a bit thorough in their cleaning, but otherwise everything else could not be faulted. Absolutely nothing!. Everything was perfect, I would like to mention that the security guards as you walk in can do with a bit off "More friendly service"...there was not even 1 smile on all 3 faces when I walked in... 1. There are no air conditioners in the bedrooms; it is was a bit hot hence difficult to sleep. 2. Drainage system was not working properly in the 2nd bedroom shower and 1st bedroom hand basin and water took a while to drain out. The bedroom should have a air conditioner or a fan which was found missing , although living room was having one. the weather...( rain for days ) lol. Payments are a mess - they always want the credit card slipped, even though you have arranged payment on line. No room cleaning service over the weekend. Water trickles out of the shower. Not much, was great.,. There was nothing to dislike. Although we wanted to pay cash we were charged an extra 10% because money had been paid (we were told). It should only be paid when we arrive - or if we default. This is dubious business practice and may not even be legal. I did not like the noise from the main road and building works. Cleaning was an issue but improved after informing management ! TV channels are restricted to a view channels only !. Changing of booking period was NOT granted ! Payment upfront with no refund at all ! Once the Westpoint is seeing itself as a hotel, once it is an apartment ??? Television only with smallest DsTV bucket, smaller than in most hotels in RSA. While the facilities were adequate, they need an uplift. The blinds for the corridor door were damaged and were not repaired throughout the stay. While efforts have been made to keep the facilities functional and fairly neat, if you are looking for spick and span, shiny new, this would not be the place for you. Had a bad smell in the apartment when I arrived, and there was no one around to assist because it was 10 pm. However next morning staff were very accommodating, but i question why room was not checked b4 hand. No shampoo supplied. Shower very small, and shower head very low for a tall guy like myself. Bath towels also very small - at best they were large hand towels. No adequate work station to plug computer in a work at a good desk. Plumbing was not working, so bath and shower water did not drain...big mess!. Very large complex and not very personal. Situated in quite a noisy area of Sandton. The apartment that we stayed in was very tired and needed refurbishment. The unit was also very dirty. The gym was very basic. Internet access was also problematic. The balcony door- lock was not working, the kitchen tap leaking and the bedroom carpet not vacuumed whislt there and the daily cleaning was not up to standard. Staff not friendly & not proffessional.

▪ Exit from airport car park and follow the R24 towards Johannesburg. At the cloverleaf intersection with the N3/N1 highway, follow the first split to the left and the second split to the right, to follow signs reading (N1) Pretoria.
▪ Continue on this route past Kempton Park, past Linksfield off road.
▪ Take Marlboro Road turn off.
▪ Turn left into Marlboro road, pass 3 traffic lights, and turn right at the 4th traffic light into South Road.
▪ Drive until you reach Rivonia Road, which is a T-junction (Shell Garage in front of you).
▪ Turn left into Rivonia Road, and right into Grayston Drive (McDonalds on the corner). Westpoint will appear on your right.
▪ Turn right into West Road South; the entrance is on the left.
